You don't need to reinvent yourself. You need to see yourself clearly.
Leadership asks a lot of you.Â

You may be stepping into a bigger role. Returning to work after having a baby. Leading a team well but knowing you could lead it brilliantly. Realizing the path that brought you here won't be the one that moves you forward.Â

These pivotal moments can feel overwhelming and truly lonely — especially when you think you're supposed to have all the answers.
Â
I know this dynamic well. For nearly two decades, I built and led teams inside complex organizations, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at Edelman. As I climbed the corporate ladder, I experienced firsthand the pressure to appear certain when the way forward feels anything but clear. Â

I also know what it means to question the ladder itself. After becoming a mother, I began to feel an undeniable shift in what I wanted from my work — and my life. I ultimately left corporate leadership to follow my calling as an executive coach and artist. Was this move terrifying? It sure was. Was it worth it? A thousand times yes.

My own lived experience shapes the way I coach today.

I don't promise an overnight fix or give you a one-size-fits-all prescription. My role is not to hand you the answers. It is to help you see yourself more clearly, challenge what's holding you back, and turn deep insight into meaningful action and lasting change.Â

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and am a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner through iPEC.
